Recently, my husband and I engaged the services of Rod Tatchell and, latterly, Laura Tatchell, Mobile Lawyers. We needed to make our wills and other related legal documents. My husband died soon after this and I was in need of Rod’s services once more, both to amend my will and to assist me with a complicated compensation case being prepared by lawyers in Scotland relating to my husband’s death from mesothelioma.
Rod was professional and he was thorough, and showed sensitivity and a genuine caring for my husband’s advanced state of illness and, subsequently, my state of grief after my husband died. His handling of the complicated legal situation was most commendable in achieving an outcome in far less time than had been estimated by the Supreme Court. It was only because of his tenacity and willingness to “go all out” in order to push this matter through for me quickly that the issue was resolved in a fraction of the time stated by the Court. Given my emotional state since my husband’s death, this was more than a relief to me.
